SHEowner Program ကိုမလျှောက်ခင် ၅လလောက်တုန်းက ကျွန်မ စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျသလို ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ်အားမရသလိုဖြစ်နခဲ့ပြီး သင်ယူ‌လေ့လာလိုစိတ်လည်း ပျောက်ဆုံးလာတာကို ခံစားနေခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ SHEowner ရဲ့ Mentorship Program ကိုတွေ့တော့ သေချာလ့လာကြည့်ပြီး စိတ်ဝင်စားလို့လျှာက်ကြည့်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကံကောင်းစွာနဲ့‌ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရပါတယ်ရှင်။ ကျွန်မစိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနဲ့ Personal Development အတွက် Mentor ရှာဖို့လုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး SHEowner အဖွဲ့မှလည်း သင့်တော်တဲ့ Mentor ကိုချိတ်ဆက်‌ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ Mentor အမက သေချာဂရုတစိုက် နားထာင်ပေးတတ်တဲ့အပြင် သင့်တော်တဲ့ ကောက်ချက်ချမှု အကြံပေးမှု တွေအများကြီး လုပ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ Program စပြီး 2လအကြာမှာ ကျွန်မ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် ယုံကြည်မှုပြန်ရလာပါတယ်။ ပညာဆက်လ့လာလိုစိတ်တွရလာပြီး သင်တန်းအသစ်တစ်ခုတက်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စိတ်ခွန်အား‌တွေ ပြန်ရလာတယ်ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် ဘာဖြစ်နေလဲသတိထားတတ်လာတယ်။ ဘယ်လိုပြန်အားယူရမလဲသိလာတယ်။အခြေအနေတွေကို လက်ခံတတ်လာပြီး ကျော်ဖြတ်နိုင်လာတယ်။ စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာတွက အရေးမကြီးသလိုနဲ့ သိပ်အရးကြီးပါတယ် ကျွန်မ ကိုယ့်စိတ်ကို ပြန်နားလည်လာတာက သိပ်ကိုတန်ဖိုးရှိပါတယ်။ ဘာဖြစ်ချင်လဲသိလာတယ် သွားရမယ့်လမ်းကြာင်းက ထင်ရှားလာတယ်။ ကိုယ်သွားချင်တဲ့လမ်းကို ဆက်လျှောက်ဖို့ ခွန်အားတွရလာတယ်။ ၄လ ပြည့်တဲ့အခါ Carrier Development, Personal Development and Mental Health ပိုင်းတွေမှာ သိသိသာသာ တိုးတက်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နောက်ထပ်ပြီးကိုယ် ဘာဆက်လုပ်မယ်ဆိုတာလည်း ဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်ပီ။ စိတ်ထားတတ်အောင်လည်း ကြိုးစားနေပြီး mentor အမပြောသလို အစွန်းနှစ်ဘက် မရောက်‌အောင်နေပြီး သင့်တင့်မျှတတဲ့ စိတ်ချမ်းသာရမယ့် ဘဝကို ဆက်လျှောက်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားလျက်ရှိနေပါပြီ။ Mentor အမရဲ့ မေတ္တာ စေတနာထားတာကို ခံစားရရှိပြီး ကျေးဇူးလည်းအရမ်းတင်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ program ကို join ခွင့်ရတာဟာ တကယ့်အပြာင်းအလဲပါပဲ။

SHEowner မှာ ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရတာကြောင့် ကိုယ့် Brand Identity နဲ့ Customer Persona ကို သေချာတည်ဆောက်တတ်လာပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ အားသာချက်၊ အားနည်းချက်တွေကိုလဲ မြင်လာပြီး ပိုတိုးတက်အောင် ပြင်ဆင်ရမဲ့အချက်တွေ၊ လေ့လာရမဲ့ အပိုင်းတွေ သိမြင်လာပါတယ်။ တခြား Service Provider တွေနဲ့ အဆင်ပြေအောင် ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရမဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတွေသိလာပါတယ်။

As a mentee in the SHEowner program, I benefited greatly. Initially, I had no idea what to expect, but after meeting my mentor, I felt I had a supportive sister. Even after the program ended, my mentor continued to assist me whenever I needed help. With her guidance, I was able to restart my educational journey and gain insights into running a small business. I am deeply grateful for her support. Such mentoring programs benefit women and girls in Myanmar, which is still uncommon.
