SHEowner Business Mentorship Program was established in 2021 as a non-profit organization that enables young people, entrepreneurs, startups, women, and girls to prosper and grow through formal mentorship.

Our goal is to support the entrepreneurial journeys of these individuals, building their resilience, business leadership, and career growth. Our mentorship program is designed with a formal mentoring approach, using one-on-one mentoring sessions, group mentoring sessions, and program-matched mentorship.

We also aim to promote a formal mentoring culture and build a better learning community  in educational institutions, workplaces, and business-supported organizations in Myanmar.
