Call for Mentee Applications: "Guiding Your Journey" One-on-One Individual Mentorship Program

One-on-One Individual Mentorship Session for young people ages (18- 35)

SHEowner has been conducting mentorship programs to empower women and career growth through mentorship since 2021. We are currently accepting mentee applications for the “Guiding Your Journey: One-on-One Individual Mentorship Program,” which is a free four-month initiative program for young people in Myanmar.
This One-on-One Individual Mentorship program focuses on Education Guidance and Support, Career Development and Guidance, Leadership and Self-Development. It aims to equip young people in Myanmar with essential skills, knowledge, and networks to thrive in their professional and personal lives. Our individual mentorship program follows a continuous, rolling cycle. Applications are accepted at any time, and each submission is carefully reviewed. We will contact you once a suitable mentor or mentee match is identified.

As a Mentee, you will:

Build your networks and access valuable resources
Receive guidance and direction for your educational goals
Enhance your leadership and professional growth
Boost self-confidence and resilience
Gain mental and emotional support

How to Join the Mentorship Program:

Submit your mentee/mentor application
Get matched with a mentee/mentor by SHEowner
Sign the Mentee-Mentor Agreement
Attend a short mentoring skills training
Participate in the mentoring sessions
Complete the mentoring relationship

Important Notes:

Both the mentee and mentor must take full responsibility for their mentorship journey and ensure their commitment to a successful relationship. SHEowner will not oversee or be responsible for the management of the mentorship.
Dedicate 3 hours per month to mentoring
Mentees must set clear goals for the four-month mentorship journey.
Burmese language will be used
The matching process may take 2-3 weeks. We will inform you once your mentee/mentor is assigned.
